CIC system down? Trouble uploading documents

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their application or uploading documents? The site has been crashing all day for me

I've also had trouble all day. I keep getting an error message saying the site has a technical issue. Pressing refresh a few times usually helps.

In the last 48 hours I have tried on at least 10 different occasions to upload the documents and the site is unexpectedly crashing. The error message says that the website might be updating. Refresh does help but then you need to complete the entire process of logging in then saving the principal applicant's first form and then my spouse' only to get that error message again. It becoming a vicious cycle.

I also noticed on several occasions that it is taking 2 clicks for the system to perform a request (like check form) which generally happens in one. After the first click, system isn't responding.

It has crashed constantly for me, with messages that it may be updating. The system is a mess, and is now returning applications from people for lack of information or documents that they swear they uploaded. I haven't uploaded my PR application yet (waiting for new IELTS scores and medical which will be ready in a week) but it terrifies me. I think there's no problem doing EE and making draws through this system, but I wish they would let us send paper applications for PR. It's just too important to trust to this buggy system.
