CIC sent me the medical report form but there was a spelling mistake in my name. The same spelling mistake is there when I log in into my online account.

What do I do next? Who do I contact?

Can I ask you for a timeline... How long after receiving request for biometrics have you received the request for medical? Have you submitted your biometrics before receiving the medical request?

Hello, i have the issue i got my application update and Biometric from they misspelled my applicant’s name? I emailed Ircc? Did you get any updates ?
