CIC requests IELTS Language Proficiency results and Passport

Hello everyone,

We submitted our application last week for PR (Express Entry) and the CIC has sent a message today requesting for Original IELTS Language Proficiency Results and the Passport. We attached a scanned copy of our Original IELTS Language Proficiency Results and Passport as part of our Express Entry application.

I am just not sure what do they mean by originals as we have already uploaded them as part of our application.

Just wondering if anyone else received any similar message from CIC.

Maybe it has not gone through because of a Glitch .
Same thing happened to me .passport not gone through because of glitch .
I submitted last week but ni Response from CIC

I wonder if they want you to bring the actual document. Did they ask you to SCAN it or send/bring the original document to them?
