cic requested me to pay rprf...is this a good sign?

hi.. im on express entry cec applicant inland... i got a message from cic saying that i need to pay my rprf but on their remarks it says they werent done with everything yet and it is still in progress but i need to pay the rprf... i already paid it yesterday and i still have 17 days left before i reach the 6 months waiting...is this a good sign or there is still a chance that my application will get rejected...? thank you..

I've never heard of a case that was rejected after being asked to pay the RPRF.
It's doesn't make sense for them to ask you to pay and then go through the process of refunding later.
