CIC requested IMM5475E, need some clarification.

Hey all, my wife's applied (I'm the spouse) CEC Inland.

Got our first notification of extra docs needed. Wife original celpip results (Easy) and a release of information to and individual form IMM5475E. I am a representative (filled the form). So I assume it's a doc to release information to me? I really wish they had made this more clear!

after searching a few times, I can't see who I am supposed to releasing information to. Am I safe to assume it's the representative (me)?

Yeah, you have it right, your wife, the applicant, has to sign it and assign you to receive correspondence.

It sounds like you are not included as part of this application, am I right?

But strange that they asked for this even after you already submitted the representative form--this form only allows the release of information.
