CIC requested another scan of my IELTS

Hi Everyone,
I have submitted my full application last month. Today I received a message from CIC asking for another scan of my IELTS as the one submitted is not acceptable. I'm not sure why they asked for this as the one I submitted is readable.
My question is how to upload a new document after the application has been submitted.
