CIC refusal because file incomplete

Hi, if anyone can help, I would be grateful Just received info that my invitation and application are cancelled because I have uploaded twice the same document instead of one of each even if all the fees were paid. As there is no way to check visually the documents once uploade and as an independent worker I have uploaded up to 300 pages in the various appropriate fields, does anyone know if there is any chance that CIC would reconsider ?
I did recreate an Express Entry profile, but it's devastating to see that for one click on one document with no visibility online, 2 years of hard work are just getting through the junk ! This application and inviations were for my husband.
Fortunately, I have also applied for New Brunswick Express Entry nominee program, have been invited to apply and did on June 4th 2017. So door not totally closed, but.... Does anyone know how long it takes for NB to notify nomination ?

Can you share the exact reason for the refusal as mentioned in the letter?

Yes sure It's in French, but basically says that it's incomplete because they can see that instead of uploading my son's passeport, I have uploaded his medical exam instead twice, in the right field and then in the one saying passport

Plus précisément, votre demande ne comprend pas les éléments suivants :
- Passeports
o La copie de la page du passeport pour Alan Aldo Alain BERDAT n’a pas été soumise. Une copie du médicale a été soumis à sa place (que vous aviez déjà télécharger).
Toutes demandes soumises sans ses documents obligatoires ne seront pas considérées complètes.

EE file opened on april 26th 2017. Invitation to apply May 27th 2017. Documents sent and total fees paid on May 31st (after 2 years we had prepared all the documents) Cancelled June 9th 2017 !
For my NB nomination : DI sent March 2017, Invitation to apply end of March, AOR April 4th, request of documents April 12th, send and received by them April 18th 2017 !

Seems, CIC moved very fast on your application. Generally, they take two months for medical pass and completeness check.

I think it is a spouse sponsorship. She doesn't ever say its Express entry.

Hi, it's not a spouse sponsor It's Entry Express for federal skilled workers, that we only did benefit because extraction was specific and for 199 minimum on May 26th 2017. Not sure that will happen again. Have not heard back from anyone yet !
