Firstly I m sorry for my question.

If I take photo from shoppers and from Walmart both are same size but one face comes littles small other one is little bigger

tho both are same size but one of them face is little bigger and other one is smaller

So my question is how much CIC do consider about photo requremts

Does it mean as long as size is ok it is ok

for something important like this, I wouldn't use a photo booth, just pay the few extra $ and have a professional take them, tell them what its for PR and they will know exactly what to do. I'm sure they do it in shoppers..

I don't know what province you're in, but I went to London Drugs (they're mostly BC based I think, although there are a few in other places). They've got a whole computer system where they just select what type of application you need a photo for, and it automatically loads up the correct photo specifications. They take your picture and then adjust it to make sure your head is in exactly the right position and size. Then it prints out your copies in the correct dimensions. They stamp them and date them, and usually give you a few more copies than you actually need too so you've got spares.

Totally worth the extra money (and it's not even actually that much, compared to the rest of the application fees). It'll cost you more to mail them than to get them taken.
