CIC online service unavailable for the last 2-3 days?

Has anyone else been having issues logging into the CIC online services site? My wife attempts to log on for the last 2-3 days has resulted in:

SORRY ... this on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons:

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later.

Are you using a laptop? I used to have the same problems logging into my CIC using my laptop. Didn't matter time of day (I tried the middle of the night) or day of the week. My laptop wasn't old, but it was a lower end model basically for writing and internet.

Try using a desktop if you can with a hardwired connection. That solved the problem for me. Or try a different/newer/more powerful computer in general. I bought a new laptop recently with significantly more power and my CIC works like a charm.
