CIC Online Payment Issue

Hey guys,

I have submitted all the required documents for Canadian Student Visa and proceeded to Check Out, but I have accidentally closed that window and every time I log into CIC, I can't edit my application or pay the fee, cause the field "Details" just states "Processing Submission". Did I just mess it all up? What's going on?

Hi,
I have a similar problem, I am however applying for a visitor visa. After 5 days, it still is just saying "Processing Submission", and there is no link or instruction that explains what to do.

Does anyone in the know please shed some light on this?

have you paid the visa processing fee yet? coz in my case, i have already paid the processing fee but it turned out that cic didn't receive my application. so what i did was to repay and ask for refund of the processing i first paid

Yes I did pay the application fee. After about 13 days, now the application has been submitted. I did send emails to questions@cic.. email, however I don't think it's a result of that, just that they are experiencing lags or something.

Just wanted to state for anyone needing this help in the future: in my case the application got submitted after 13 days of initial submission. It hasn't been processed yet, so waiting for that. If you're in a hurry depending on where you live, you might be better off submitting a paper application.
