CiC official holidays december 2015?

My immigration consltant sent me text and said cic will be close from 25 dec to 28 dec.
Is it right guys?
Many guys in the forum saying VOs will be close till 4 jan 2016.

Yes - offices will be closed from December 25th to 28th. Offices will reopen December 29th to 31st - and then close again until January 4th.
