Cic number not uploaded!!! Please help, what does it mean

I already received my POE letter through mycic in April and today in Kompass account i received message that Cic number not uploaded. Where and how i have to upload it? Was anyone in the same situation?

Yeah I just received an email from iec with this request also. I already received my letter of acceptance. Not sure what this message is about or if its a system issue.


If any one can shed any light on this, that would be great.

I actually uploaded CIC file nr for my boyfriend but for mine i forgot one of security question answers and its impossible. I wrote everywhere i could but no respond at all. Hopefully it is not that significant and it will get verified by itself anyways. I am sure Kompass and MyCiC have some connection.

Even that I uploaded my boyfriends CIC nr everything is still pending and its been 2 months.

I read somewhere that LOI is enough to enter Canada and everybody should wait until LOI to book tickets.

So we are good to go.. but we are going April 2014 so I will still keep checking on that Kompass account.
