CIC not replying to mail for UCI and VO details

Hello everyone,

Two weeks back I had sent a mail to CIC requesting for my UCI No. and Visa office details but there has been no reply from their end.

Should I send a mail again? requesting for the UCI and VO details or wait?

My details are:
ITA: 2nd November
EApr: 7th December
Medical passed:17th December
FSW-O category.

What should i do?

Call them again ....and send reminder email 2-3 times

I used the same format that you used. I dont have a UCI number so I entered my EE profile number in the subject.
