CIC my account DOWN?

hi,ive been trying to log into my account since friday and all it says on the cic website is ''unable to sign you in'''
Ive cleared cookies and nothing,,,
anybody experiencing the same problem?

yeah on top of all the stress of not knowing what their decision will be ,,you cant even log into your account,,

Just experienced the same thing, they have changed the system... The process is not the same as it was last week. Had to redo it all!!

My daught-in-law had started her app, couldn't log in since thurs and when we tried again it would not log in. On mon when she tried another page popped up, different from the others, with a new checklist requiring different info. I went to see what happened and sure enough, the previous checklist and even page had chamged... Talk about confusing. I went back to original page of starting a tourist visa and it was different from the other she had done the week before. I don't know if anyone else experienced this but, we basically restarted the app and went from there.
