CIC Link an existing application to this account error

I linked my application by GCkey normally in January. But after I received AOR on 15 March, my link status didn't update any more. When I clicked the Button "Check Status and Message", it showed "Application status is unavailable. Please try again later."

Then I create a new GCkey, I can linked my application to this account. But it is empty in "View my Submitted Applications or Profiles" .

So I revoked both GCkey accounts and created a new one.

When I try to link my application, it always report an error "We compared it with our system and found: This application already has a registration in progress."

Don't know what I can do now? How to remove this error and link again? Is there any impact on my application?

I have the same situation. Just after AOR on 14 March, 2017 I was unable to check detailed status and I also revoked my online account and created new one where I linked my EP aplication. But also, in the section "View my submitted application" I don't see my EP application, as a result I can't check status. I reported technical issue to CIC but havn't got any answers from them since last week.

Hope no impact on our progress.

I received a email for my technical issue report although no actual action on this issue. Don't know how long they can resolve this issue.

I have a progress! After the several days of linking, I linked my application second time to the same account. I don't know how It is possible, but this time everything work properly and I can chack detailed status of my application.
So, try different combination and everything will be ok!!!

My link cameback also last night.

I think cic support do something to make it work. I received an email as below for my ticket. Did you create a ticket for this issue?

Now I am waiting for second AOR since March 14, 2017. and haven't got any news from CIC since that time.

After we received UCI, generally, they will notice us to do medical exam and request more document including certificates of study and working. Before March, CIC would notice appliers to do medical exam and ship documents after one month. But since the middle of March, we haven't received any news from CIC. Don't know why, maybe they are update procedure.

Hello, I need help in linking my daughter's application to my new GCKey account. She's currently in an Open Study Permit and my dependent. If I select Study Permit and extension category, it asked for DLI # and date of program starts and ends. And since she's in an Open Study Permit and in grade 9, we dont have that information. Please help!
