Have not been able to submit my PGWP application online ever since Dec 23 (when the system just got updated)!!!
I am holding a valid OCWP but need to work FT immediately on Jan 1, 2013... To my understanding, in order to use the OCWP as a bridging permit to work FT, I have to apply for the PGWP first.
So I guess the only option now is through paper application?

What if the paper application is lost and I am beyond the 90-day limit? Such a risky move.... Why don't they design a more stable system!!
