CIC is asking for diploma/certificate but I lost one of my Canadian Diploma

Hi all,

Please help, I studied a one year certificate and a 2 year diploma in Toronto Canada. CIC is asking me to submit those papers; however, I lost my 2 year diploma, and my college doesn't seem to do replacement diploma so here is my question: Can I submit my one year certificate along with my official Transcript to show that I have actually finished my program?

Can you identify the college? I think you must have misunderstood something, I am certain that all colleges will replace credentials, for a fee.

Hi thanks for the reply and I called the school and they do replacement for me however it would take 4-6weeks and I have to submit all my stuff by next week I was able to get a confirmation of graduation and have my diploma reorder
