Dear All

I had already submitted the documents post ITA, however In My account page of CIC inbox, when I click on check Messages, the table data is showing completely blank except for the Application/profile status as "Open" rest other information ,i.e. the Date of express entry profile created/expiry date, ITA status, should I raise CSE For this? Below are the details:

Application/profile details table below:


Application/profile status -Open
Province/Territory Nomination
Job Bank Registration
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria
ITA Status
Review of submitted documents


Express Entry Profile Effective Date
Express Entry Client Expiry Date

Wait till tomorrow...it may be a system glitch.
 
No, Im awaiting since a week, no changes. Should I worry on this, or just ignore, as it would not affect my application anyways..
 
Do you have any addons or extensions on your browser? try turning that off and check

If not, click technical issue on the top when you login into your profile to resolve.

From what i remember there is a separate button somewhere in My CIC to report technical issues. I think thats the best option. Cse is for changes to your profile, which isnt your problem.

You can also try a couple different browss to see if it is an issue with your browser.
 
Ok, i will report the technical issue, this issue still persisits.
