CIC Does Not Respond If Application Is Within Normal Processing Time?

Hi everyone. I send a request to CIC through web form to change my address because my application could not be identified through online address change page. But after submitting my request, CIC website told me they would not respond me if my application is within normal processing time. Since Express Entry's normal processing time is 6 months, so I am afraid that my address won't get updated even though they received my request?
