CIC Contacting previous employers

Few people have already got their paperwork assessed and got their PR confirmation. This question is for you,

Has CIC contacted any of your previous employers by any means?

I expect employers will be contacted in EE in similar fashion as they were in FSW. Go do a search of FSW threads for this question. I am sure you will get a lot more information as many more people would have been through this stage in FSW than EE.

Yes they do Contact, it depends on Visa officer but the ratio is 3 out 10

CIC does not contact to any institution directly .... i.e bank, employer , police , educational institute etc.

once a blue moon, if visa officer has even 1% doubt regarding documentation provided by applicant, then cic asks (via email / post mail) to provide more evidence for that particular query until the visa officer will be satisfied.
This is how the follow of the process....
