Hello everyone!
Does CIC send you emails or actual mail (test notifications etc) during your citizenship application? Also, can I change my address of a US address with them if I go down there for a couple months?
Thanks!

PS: just applied and m life is changing .... again =))

If you mark the checkbox for email communication, they will most likely use email communication.
I have read here on the forum, though, that they could send actual mail, and that it depends on the officer (I've been contacted by email so far).

I would think you can and have to change your address to the address in which you reside, but I am not sure if/how this could impact the application (as in, you applied and left the country, not it may look like you're trying to get the citizenship and leave, dunno)

Cheers,

If your AOR was email, it will likely be an email for test and oath invitations. Fingerprint requests will come in the mail.
