CIC Changes for Provincial Nominee

Hi Everyone,

I just found that CIC made changes last February 21, 2015 that All employer is required to pay a fee before applying for a temporary work permit. It says on the website that employers hiring an employee exempt from LMIA is required. Does it mean that people with a letter of support for temporary work permit which exempt employers from getting LMIA is also required to pay the fees? Just want to make sure before I ask my employer

I don't see how new rules for getting work permits affects any PNP applications.
