Dear All,

As this happend to me, some Courier people in UAE ask for phone number of CIC in canada (i.e., recepients phone number) to be written on the envelope as courier delivers physically to the persons or to exact department rather than to post box.

Since there is no phone number provided for CIC canada for this purpose, what shall we say more specific (viz., suite#, Room#, counter #, mail delivery office, etc...) than the following general address.

Please advise do we need really need to provide the telephone number, or we can just write as below. If courier is hesitant or won`t accept then what would be our best action. Thanks...

Dear abudhabhi,

The address which you have provided is enough. No need to write telephone number.

if you have seen guide properly two address written one which you have written in your post and the other

because some courier company requirement is that they are not deliver to Post box number. so if you are sending your application to noraml post through your country you write that POST box ADDress. anf if you are sneding through courier address then write
