CIC asking to redo the medical for all family after 9 months of 1st one

Dear Experts,
I received an email from cic asking me to redo my medical after 9 months of my 1st medical passed.
please note that I did my medical on 21-Jan-2016 and the status was showing passed after 1 week of submitting my application.

I understand from this form that CIC usually asks people to redo the medical if it expired (1 year or 15 months after the 1st one) but my case is different.
what does that mean?

Note :my BG check is still showing under progress

Either they found that the drs comment is were ambiguous or they want a second opinion...

That or they had an admin error and lost them
