CIC asked Fingerprint for my PR. Will they ask again for Citizenship?

Hi,

CIC asked fingerprint for my PR. And i did it when i immigrated within Canada two years ago. Do you think they will ask me again for citizenship application? Are the people who are getting that request didnt submit that when they immigrated?

Can I ask you why are you worried about finger prints ? Just give them if they request. Nothing happens. I told you, a friend of mine when landed was finger printed and now again during citizenship process he got finger print request.

Do not worry and provide finger prints if asked. It doesn't delay application much. Its just a normal process.

I am not worried. but I am wondering whether this is just an isolated case or not. Cuz I gave the Fingerprints for RCMP location. So getting fingerprinted at the airport dosnt means it was done by RCMP and mostly guessed, it was by CBSA officers upon the arrival . More advise pls.
