CIC-approved third-party test at the equivalent of Canadian Language Benchmark

Which test from following is better to do :

1.Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program General test (CELPIP-G), (not the academic version)
2. International English Language Testing System (IELTS), general training, not the academic version

What is the difference? When do i get the results after the test?
