CIC Approved Mexical Examiners in Mexico City

I am trying to find CIC approved medical practitioners in Mexico City.
It looks like the website is broken because you can no longer open the dropdown menu to select your country.
I tried on two different PC's with different web browsers, my phone, and my wife in Mexico tried, and we can't open the dropdown menu.
I have searched Google to find this information but it's not showing up anywhere.
Does anyone else know where we can find this information?
I notified them via a feedback form that this error was present all day yesterday, so they should reply and fix it with five business years.
