My husband was just approved to sponsor his daughter ( I am the ci-signer). Though the letter states he was approved to sponsor, it doesn't state if/when we can go ahead and submit the paperwork for the Quebec portion.
Do we need to wait for the green light from CIC or can I submit now? we've received the approval to sponsor from CIC.
