Get your and spouse's Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report done from World Education Services (WES) Canada as it is required to create EE profile.

In order to obtain maximum CRS points (above 400), you need to obtain the below minimum scores in IELTS which are CLB 9 equivalent:
L 8, R 7, S 7, W 7
You have just missed it, because you have 6.5 in Writing.
Kindly reappear for IELTS and hit minimum or more than the target score. There are people on this forum who have got more than 400 CRS points after resitting IELTS for 3 to 4 times.

A score above 400 CRS points will place you in a better position to receive PT NOI from Ontario - required to apply for OINP.
All the best.

With Express Entry, there is no minimum CRS required to be eligible to enter the pool to apply for Canadian PR. But having said that to get direct invite (ITA), you should have a CRS of at least 468 (the score for the latest invite). As per the trend, the score for direct ITA has never gone down below 450. But that should not deter you from applying as there are ways to improve your score to get ITA.

You can get ITA in 3 different ways
1) Direct ITA - To get a direct ITA (based on the current trend), your CRS should be at least 468 and above (but let's assume it may come down a bit, so a safer bet would be 460). IELTS of the primary applicant plays a very important role in improving CRS score, therefore I would suggest that the primary applicant should target CLB 9 (LRWS - 8777). You can try these values in the calculator here
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp and see for yourself how much of a difference IELTS makes to your CRS score. Even after improving your IELTS, if you are not able to achieve the desired CRS, you can look at the below options.

2) PNP - If your score is below 468 and you get a provincial nomination, it will add 600 points to your existing score which will make you eligible to receive an ITA in the next round of invitation. For PNPs check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp.

3) Job Offer - If your score is below 468 and you have an LMIA backed job offer, it will add 600 points to your existing score which will make you eligible to receive an ITA in the next round of invitation.

If you are not able to secure CRS score for direct ITA, then the best way forward would be the PNP route.

so in Case of LMIA and a not so perfect IELTS score , it doesn't matter that much ?

It doesn't matter from a points perspective. However you still have to achieve a minimum score in either the English or French test. If you score below the minimum, you won't be eligible to apply. In your case, you have not scored the minimum required in the English test. So you need to score the minimum required in the French test you are taking to be eligible to apply. Or, if you don't manage to score the minimum required in the French test, you will need retake the English test and achieve the minimum score in the re-take.

so if i get beyond the mniumum TEF score , i will be elligible , and both tests will add up to my pts.. hmm okay.
i just don't want to retake the IELTS , it's so frustrating, thus i prefer to get high scores in TEF and use IELTS for more PTS , sounds logical ?

Yes - you can certainly do that. You just have to make sure you score the minimum required in TEF.

How old are you ?
By my calculations, you score at least 67 points unless you are over 41 years old.

hi.. I am really confused and require advice on the below:

Eligibility for FSW In EE ( 100 points calculation): it says "University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equal). Occupation related to the degree must be:

NOC 2016 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body

Please note I have MBA in aviation management (this is not related to my occupation under NOC). My NOC is from skill level A.
Just giving a bit of background: I have a bachelors in business admin. Do u think they will not consider my masters? or only consider BBA due to the area of specialization - which is realted to my NOC.

Ps: I still haven't received my ECA. Bachelor's from Belgium. Masters from UK.

2 - Regarding the job experience : I will be applying under an NOC which I currently don’t work in, but classifies as the longest (2 years). The experience was 2012 - 2014. Do u think this will be questioned? Since its 4 years old ? Will I be asked about current job experience and why I havent applied under the current job in NOC?

3. Please advise on what should I unclude for total work expereince? total number of years worked under different NOCs or specifically under one NOC?
