I obtained PNP nomination from Nova Scotia few days back and in preparation of furnishing work experience letters. Can someone tell me to whom do we address the letter to as my employer refuses to provide me a generic letter.

Can we address as:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Visa Processing Office
Canada
