CIBC Student GIC Application Problem

Hi, I'd like to ask for your ideas. I applied for student GIC at CIBC and I already submitted my application. I received a confirmation email 2 days after. My problem is I have to change a detail on my personal information. I can't risk sending the money not having a correct info on my account. How do I do it? I already emailed their mailbox and the personnel told me to use ASG portal which he didn't tell me where to find. I also called the bank and the representative didn't know about it. I hope you can help me with this.

What detail do you want to change ? The portal is isbo.cibc.com . The portal should be there on your payment information document. That's actually where you get the payment information document.

I have to change my middle name as well as the currency by which I'll send the money. The portal you told me only allows me to check the status of my application but not change any personal information. Thanks for your insight!

You will be better off asking them to cancel the application and making a fresh application.

That is the only portal available and mail.ISBO@cibc.com is the only contact with the ISBO team.
