Choosing the right NOC - 2173 or 2174 ?

Hi All,

I am a mobile application developer. My main job is to design, develop, unit yest Android mobile applications. I am also involved in uploading, upgrading and maintaining the Android applications. Which NOC suits my role better 2173 or 2174 ? These are very confusing.
