Hello,
I recently got ITA and as at when I created my profile and got ITA my sibling who just got her PR hasn’t moved to Canada. However, now that I’m about to complete my application, she has moved but hasn’t gotten her pr card and is still squatting with a friend. Can I still maintain that I do not have a sibling as I cannot provide the necessary documents and attach a letter of explanation or click yes and also attach a letter of explanation? I mean, I’ll still have to fill her current address when I’m filling in my relatives

If you:

(1) have a sibling, you must declare your sibling on the family information form
(2) have a sibling in Canada, you must declare your sibling and their address on your family information form

If you claim you have no sibling it will be easy to tell you do.

Claim your sibling but then upload an LOE explaining the situation and that you don't expect to claim points for her. And double check you have enough points without her
