Choosing between Express Entry (PNP) and Non-Express Entry (PNP)

Preempting that this may sound confusing as I a currently am. I have a few questions.

I created profiles for both the Federal Express Entry and a separate OINP Expression of Interest. and I was invited to apply for the OINP recently.

1) If i will be nominated, will that qualify me to both the Federal EE (PNP) and OINP? Or will it be limited to the non-express entry track and should us the PNP PR process only?
2) If it will allow me to choose, which will be better track to take? Simpler? Faster?

I read somewhere that the PNP might be a longer route, but I want to understand if it will be the only route to take?
