Choosing an NOC for Learning and Development - Training Manager

Hi All,

I overall have 8 years of spread in training and development manager.

During this stint of 8 years, I guess only for one semester, I was associated with one of the Management colleges as - Business communication trainer and BBA professor - 7 to 8 months
Started as a Language trainer - English, voice and accent trainer in English, Behavioral skills trainer - close to 7 years.

Currently, I am heading a learning and development training manager.

My consultant has generated NOC - 4021.

What should be the right NOC for me, please suggest.

I am confused between NOC 4021 and NOC 1121.

You should check the roles and responsibilities which cic has mentioned for these noc. That should clear your doubt. I
