I'm planning to immigrate to Canada by studing. A few choices have been put in front of me:
ON and BC is not in the pool because of not qualified or too competitive. So the only two provinces are Alberta and Manitoba.
I graudated in China about 10 years ago with a horticulture diploma, but moved to IT industry as a Python programmer by self-learning for about 3 years.
Right now I want to get a IT diploma or degree or pgc(postgraduate certificate) in Alberta or Manitoba, also the pnp is another really big factor.
1. NAIT in Alberta has a two year IT degree programm for graduates with IT work experiences, just like me, still have seats for the 2021.02 entrance. Of course, if not qualified for this program, the other diploma programs in NAIT or SAIT could be my choices too.
But the concern about Alberta is the AINP, the Alberta Express Entry Stream. Though qualitifed for the must factors, FSW program and a minimum CRS score of 300, what about the difficulty of a valid Alberta job offer ?
Is that possible to be nominated with only graduated in Alberta? How difficult to find a programmer (Python, Nodejs, Javascript) job in Alberta ?
There are about 150 Python jobs In Alberta, (https://ca.indeed.com/python-jobs-in-Alberta). Maybe 1/3 of them are strong related to Python.

> If you have one or more of the following adaptability factors, this may increase your likelihood of being nominated:
> * Valid Alberta job offer and/or work experience
> * A graduate of an Alberta post-secondary institution with a valid Alberta job offer, or
> * Parent, child, brother and/or sister who is a permanent resident living in Alberta, or a Canadian citizen living in Alberta.
How long it will cost for pr processing after pnp? It said about 6 months to 24 months, why there is a so big gap?

> Processing time for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP): The processing time of applications for federal and provincial immigration programs are different. Some may take the duration of six months; whereas, others take 12-14 months for processing.
2. Another option is Manitoba, but with less population, less jobs, less colleges. The two year IT programs in Red River College are so hot that I have to appy one year in advance. The prefered one, information security, a post-graduate diploma program in RRC has ONLY one entry date in August. If I choose this one, I have to wait for about one year. If so, the other hot programs like Business Information Technology will be in the pool too.
The advantage for Manitoba, compared with Alberta, doesn't have any limits for the jobs after graduation. Doesn't matter NOC or not. Even a job as servant in coffee shop will be qualified. But have to suffer such kind of non-related job for about two or three years until the pr process is done by federal.
So are there anyone have gone through most of this like me? Please advise me, Thank you!
