Choice of Province!!

Just wondering if someone could help me regarding the choice of province based on job opportunities(Part-time during course & Full-time after course) and PR rules. And whether I should go for Post-graduate course or Post-secondary.

10th - 71%
12th- 66%
B.com-70%
8 months exp as accountant.

Canada's every corner n city is cold... if we want to study or settled there we have to ignore these things, bcz this does'nt matter, but our education does. so don't worry about that. I worry for my admission and most for visa because visa is the real thing, Rest of the things are not important right now.

Not that cold, just -30 sometime otherwise -15 or above.
