chnge in funds statement

hi i apllied under skilled workers category in march 2004 and received my application no in october2004.Now they asked me to submit all my documents and fund statement in september 2009.i sent them all my documents including a statement showing funds upto $19700 in november 2009.but recently i viewed their website that they want funds more than $21000 for 4 family members is it going to affect me and how much time will it take to process my case if i have sent all my documents in november 2009 to new delhi office.plz reply soon

The finds requirements has changed now, if the funds requirement is different now, they may ask you to update the required funds or you can just send them a new statement with required amount, do not wait til the end, it is not much of a big difference.
