Hello,

I am about to submit an application for my wife. My wife is born in the year of 1996 and according to CIC:
"Persons born in the People’s Republic of China since 1996 must submit a notarized copy of the original Medical Certificate of Birth issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. (If this is not available, you must submit an explanation as to why this document cannot be submitted.)"
My wife has a birth certificate, but it only has a stamp by the local hospital of the city Enping (her place of birth), and it does not have a stamp by the Ministry of health of the People's republic of China. From what I learned, people born in Enping in China don't get their birth certificate stamped by Ministry of health of the People's republic of China even after 1996. So I am wondering if CIC will accept the birth certificate that only has the local hospital of Enping.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!!
