Can this be obtained through Indian embassy in China, any leads?
Also note that I had Z type visa during my stay in China, but the Visa was issued from Wuxi province; though I worked in Guangdong province. In this case, I need to get PCC from Wuxi or Guangdong? Replies would be appreciated.
