Child's passport renewal required before e-APR ?

Hi,

My kid's (10yr old) passport need to be renewed before July 17th.

I am planning to submit my e-Apr in this week and included LOE saying that we are going to apply for his passport renewal. And I will send CSE once we receive his new passport.

Is this OK to proceed ??? Please advice.

That should be fine, but can't you get the passport before you submit?

No.

Renewal of passport will take 4 - 6 working weeks time, and my Work Permit also getting expired in 6 months.

So we have to submit e-APR asap. :'(

I sent my application for EE off in November and I have just received an email from CIC requesting a new passport for myself showing 6 months+ (mine has 5 months), they have given me 7 days to submit the new passport to them, but the online application from the UK takes 4 weeks...just a heads-up that it might be worth sending off for a new passport asap

It takes a day if you order fast track service.

I am not sure whether fast track service available or not in Canada, for Indian Passport.I will check.

Go to CGI Toronto and apply for Indian passport renewal in emergency services. You would have to provide explanation for emergency Passport renewal.
