childrens medicals

As I am applying for sponsorship inland from canada and I have 2 children back in australia who need medicals, do I go ahead and get them done or wait until Im told to after I send off my application.
And if I get them done before being told to is it necessary for 5 photos of each child? and can they all be of the same photo, so my ex will take with him to the medicals when he takes my children, photos of each child, passport or birth certificate if no passports, appendix C form and then the doctor will attach the 1017 form with there details.
does the doctor then send it all off or does everything get posted back to me in canada to go with my sponsorship forms? and also on the form appendix c it says down the bottom which visa office to send the boys medical results, to what answer do I write

U probably can't go or send them to the medicals before they send u. U'll get a letter to do that. This letter includes all necessary information with a special form containig the requested information (Address, file #, and 1 picure, pp). The examiner just adds some more pages for results and the blood and urin test... When u have to go u'll need two more pics and bring ID to confirm. That's how it worked in our case.

1. Get the children's medical done, and include the results receipt with your application.
2. Have the DMP send the results to Ottawa, not Singapore.

nope still confused, Im not dumb by any means but this is starting to get on my nerves all this shit that needs to be filled out and done,

I am wanting to know/

1. I am not sending my sponsorship papers in until mid march next year, I am not in canada yet I am not going to canada until november, can I take my children for there medicals before I leave for canada or not, or do I have to wait until I have sent in my sponsor application so the information matches up? I will be having my medical done in canada

2. If my children need to wait when is the best time for them to get the medicals done

3. Am I correct with the forms that need filling out for the childrens medicals in my above post
