My wife would like to sponsor her daughter who is OVER THE AGE of 22, she is 25. We can not understand what the Canadian government thinking of allowing relatives to be sponsored but not children over the age of 22. Can anyone help us with the reasoning fo this

As far as I know they consider her as an adult, and she will have to find her own way to immigrate. EE is one way. Also check the PNP in your province. It might give her more points due to family ties. If nothing works student visa is an expensive option that MIGHT lead to immigration.
