Children Information on Citizenship Application

While I was preparing the Application forms, I observed that following question which was there in earlier forms is missing. Have CIC removed it or I am looking at wrong forms?

Question was: Did you child Live outside Canada after getting PR? If yes please give the reasons.

Now I don't see this questions and as a result, I am wondering if I am looking at wrong forms?

I have used form CIT0003E to fill my child's application. There is a question in section 9 - Has the child left Canada for 6 months or longer since becoming a permanent resident? with Yes or No check box. Are you not seeing this?

As per the form below Section 9 is Consent to Disclose Personal Information. I am looking at following form CIT0002E

Ok. I misunderstood your question. I thought you are filling the application for your child. If your application is for adult CIT0002E is correct and there is no question about child living outside of Canada after becoming PR in the adult application.
