Did any applicant with children (minors) notice that the date of "started processing" for their children' applications started later than their own applications?

At what step is the whole application when "started processing" for minors appears? (i.e., local office transfer, background checks or what?)

Yes. My processing start in October and my childs in December (i.e. 2 months later). Not sure about rest of the questions as I have not experienced yet.

One more question-
What are the steps after you post an application in terms of receiving acknowledgement, transferring your case to local office etc. before you get call for the test

Yes. My processing start in October and my childs in December (i.e. 2 months later). Not sure about rest of the questions as I have not experienced yet.

Mine started in Jan, and my children' started in March. Do you think that relates to transferring the file to the local office? or what step would that imply?!

What I know so far is: receiving the acknowledgement letter! I do not know what happens next!

Yes, it is the date of the application received by local office.

No, there will be no acknowledgment letter issued for kids. The only correspondence that will be sent for kids next will be the oath invitation letter.
