Please I need your help:
I submitted my Immigration application to Quebec in 2011 and obtained the CSQ on September 2015.
Now , I want to submit the application for "Permanent Residency" to the Federal.
my concern is: in 2011 my son was 15 years old now he is more than 19. shall I submit my son as dependent or not?, knowing that the immigration law has changed the age from 22 years to 19, in 2014.
