my wife is a canadian citizen living abroad with me, she has applied for my sponsorship and it is in process. we have a 2 year old daughter, we plan to move to canada once i receive my visa, my question is that when we apply for my daughters child tax benefit for the first time in canada will we get the benefits since she was born or only after the time we moved to canada?
