Child study permit primary applicant age 6 year form IMM5713e family representative

dear please assist to fill child study permit representative form IMM5713e

we already applied wife as study permit and me as SOWP.... now child 6 year is like primary applicant for study permit and 4 year baby as TRV secondary application.
these forms are so confusing so i preparing early to avoid later problems or delays

Section A: Family member representative (write the full name and date of birth of the family member to be appointed as representative

1: Full Name: child name or my name (father) 2: Date of birth: child or me? 3: information on the family members: ?


Section B: Granting permission to the family member representative: who will sign in here me and wife both?

Section C: Declaration of family member representative : who will sign ..... me , wife or child cant sign i guess

Hi, sorry I can't help here. I applied together with my kids and I didn't need to complete separate IMM5713e forms for them.

Hmm just answers of the questions when u filled for all family so I will have idea where to write my name as Representative and where to write child name

I filled my name as the Family representative, and I "Information on Family Members" form, I listed the name of all my dependents going with me. I then signed the form.

You can put yourself as the representative and then sign the form. Since your wife is not included in this new application ,there's no need for her to provide her details or to sign.
