child sponsoring forms

my wife and me are living in Canada now... we are going to sponsor our baby who is in motherland.... my wife is the co-signer. my problems are

1. should we fill the form IMM 5409? if yes..who will be the commissioner of oath?
2. should we sign IMM 5540?
3. what are the other forms to be filled?
4 .should i send the forms as soon as i validated them online?
5. we already payed through online $150. is it enough for one child?

I suggest who is earning sign coz if ur wife is cosigner she cant move out of canada until pr is approved.

2. should we sign IMM 5540? not required that is also for spouse
3. what are the other forms to be filled? remaining forms if you have representative that form or else no need of 5476
4 . should i send the forms as soon as i validated them online? no but better after you signed with date
5. we already payed through online $150. is it enough for one child? yes

Did you do medicals for your child. if not start with that. Normally one person is enough as sponsor but if you include your spouse as co signer you are restricting her movement out of country as sponsors and co sponsors can not move out until it is finalized
