I just became PR on 10-28-19 already received my pr card.

born in the US, now living in Canada with my wife who is 33 weeks pregnant, I would like to know what is the process to have my child having dual citizenship?

If the child is born in Canada, will have Canadian citizenship. For US citizenship, check the rules there, but some requirements there like number of years residing in USA over age of 14 years. You'll need to take documentation to US consulate or embassy to file and show parentage, etc.
